Job Title: Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Location: United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £120k base + Uncapped Commission (2x OTE)

Role:
- Drive new business across the UK by winning strategic enterprise customers
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and contract close
- Build relationships with senior executives across risk, compliance, legal, audit, operations and executive leadership teams
- Develop account strategies to navigate complex buying groups and multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver compelling customer engagements
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve ambitious new business and revenue targets

About you:
- 5+ years' experience managing full end-to-end sales cycles within a complex B2B SaaS environment
- At least 3 years' experience selling Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software
- Proven track record of winning new enterprise customers and consistently exceeding quota
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with six and seven-figure opportunities
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation, forecasting and account planning skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and passionate about new business development
- Experience using structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, MEDDPICC or Challenger Sales would be advantageous
