Enterprise Account Executive
Enterprise Account Executive (x2) – NHS & Healthcare Growth (UK - Remote with Travel)
The Role
This is a senior commercial role at the heart of Lyrebird’s UK growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle for strategic NHS Trusts, ICBs, and large hospital groups, from first conversation to signed multi-year SaaS contract. You’ll:
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline, navigating complex procurement environments
- Collaborate closely with clinical, digital, and finance stakeholders to shape deals delivering measurable outcomes
- Drive account expansion and provide real-time market intelligence to product/GTM teams
This role suits someone who thrives on complex, high-stakes deals and brings genuine curiosity to how clinicians and systems operate. You should:
- Comfortably lead conversations with C-level executives (e.g., CIOs) while diving into niche clinical workflows the same day
- Build long-term relationships and bring rigor to pipeline management
- Sell a product that interacts directly with real-world healthcare struggles
We’re hiring 2x Account Executives to grow Lyrebird’s presence in the Midlands and the North. This is a remote role with extensive travel.
About Us
Lyrebird Health is transforming healthcare by automating clinicians’ most time-consuming tasks, helping them reclaim time spent on documentation to focus on patient care.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
