Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive (x2) – NHS & Healthcare Growth (UK - Remote with Travel)

The Role

This is a senior commercial role at the heart of Lyrebird’s UK growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle for strategic NHS Trusts, ICBs, and large hospital groups, from first conversation to signed multi-year SaaS contract. You’ll:

  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline, navigating complex procurement environments
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, digital, and finance stakeholders to shape deals delivering measurable outcomes
  • Drive account expansion and provide real-time market intelligence to product/GTM teams

This role suits someone who thrives on complex, high-stakes deals and brings genuine curiosity to how clinicians and systems operate. You should:

  • Comfortably lead conversations with C-level executives (e.g., CIOs) while diving into niche clinical workflows the same day
  • Build long-term relationships and bring rigor to pipeline management
  • Sell a product that interacts directly with real-world healthcare struggles

We’re hiring 2x Account Executives to grow Lyrebird’s presence in the Midlands and the North. This is a remote role with extensive travel.

About Us

Lyrebird Health is transforming healthcare by automating clinicians’ most time-consuming tasks, helping them reclaim time spent on documentation to focus on patient care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise SaaS sales cycle from outreach to contract closure.
  • Build and refine a strong, high-quality pipeline via outreach, partnerships, and inbound leads.
  • Lead discovery sessions across clinical, operational, IT, and financial stakeholders to:
    • Map workflows, identify pain points, and clarify outcomes (e.g., efficiency gains, cost savings, workforce reduction).
  • Craft solution proposals and business cases that tie Lyrebird’s tech to clear ROI and clinical/operational priorities.
  • Navigate NHS procurement requirements, including RFPs, cybersecurity/data governance reviews, and pathway reviews.
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with:
    • CIOs, CCIOs, CNIOs, CMOs, COOs, and clinical champions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting/risk reporting in CRM and collaborate with Customer Success for seamless handovers.
  • Represent Lyrebird at demos, events, and briefings as a credible, consultative voice for clinical AI.

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with consistent quota achievement and multi-year contract wins.
  • Experience selling into healthcare providers (ideally NHS Trusts, ICBs, or large hospital groups) and understanding clinical, digital, and finance decision-making dynamics.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and create data-driven business cases showing ROI.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MIDDIC) and disciplined pipeline discipline.
  • Exceptional communication skills: hold C-suite conversations while adapting to technical and clinical audiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of NHS procurement routes/FAs/ frameworks and contracting processes.
  • Background in clinical documentation, speech recognition, EPRs/PAS, or health tech.
  • Existing networks with NHS clinical informaticists, transformation specialists, or digital leaders.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup/scale-up environment.

Why It Matters

Clinicians spend hours daily on non-patient work—blocking time they could use for care. Lyrebird’s technology reduces cognitive load and reclaims that time. By joining us, you’ll directly contribute to real-world impact across the NHS and beyond.

Together, we’re building a team that aligns with the diverse stakeholders we serve. If you’re from an underrepresented background in tech, we strongly encourage you to apply, regardless of whether you meet every single requirement.
