Overview

Detection alone is not security. Every day, security teams are forced to make critical decisions on incomplete data. Binalyze changes that. Our platform, AIR, gives investigators the full picture — turning alerts into understanding in minutes, not days. We're scaling across EMEA and beyond, building the category-defining investigation platform the industry has been missing.

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for all UK-based direct sale accounts. You'll be selling into CISOs, SOC leaders, and IR teams — people who understand the problem we solve because they live it every day.

This is early-stage territory building. You'll shape the playbook for how we grow in the UK, working closely with Solutions Consulting, Forward Deployed Security Architects and Marketing to turn pipeline into revenue. Your wins and your learnings will directly influence how we scale across the region.

You'll run your territory like a business. You know your numbers, you track your activity, and you hold yourself to a standard that doesn't need managing. Pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity - you monitor these because that's how you operate, not because someone asks you to. Coming second isn't something you're comfortable with.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Are driven by results and obsessive about the metrics that lead to them and you don't wait for a pipeline review to know where you stand
  • Outwork everyone around you and take pride in that. You're relentless without needing to be pushed
  • Love defining and leading pipeline generation strategies and are accountable for creating the equivalent of your annual quota of pipeline per quarter
  • Enjoy selling a product that solves a real, urgent problem for technical buyers who understand the pain
  • Have demonstrated strong skills and success navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple technical stakeholders
  • Want to build a territory from the ground up rather than inherit something mature with set plays
  • Get energy from working in a fast-moving company where your input shapes how things are done
  • Are curious enough to deeply understand a technical product and the problems it solves, so you can be a genuine partner to your customers

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years closing enterprise software deals at six-figure ACV and above
  • A consistent, proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS
  • Experience selling to technical buyers in cybersecurity, IT, or related fields
  • Strong grasp of MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar qualification frameworks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
