Enterprise Account Executive
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office) Salary: £100k base + 2x OTE

The Role
- Enterprise-focused sales role targeting UK & Ireland (UK&I)
- C-suite & board-level engagement—build relationships with senior executives who shape procurement decisions
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → negotiation → close
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans
- Land new enterprise logos and foster long-term commercial partnerships
- Significant growth potential within a fast-expanding, high-performance sales organisation

Responsibilities
- Drive net new business across the UK & Ireland, spearheading high-value, multi-million-pound sales opportunities
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers focused on governance and executive-level priorities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and influence purchase decisions at executive levels
- Develop tailored business cases that demonstrate clear ROI for high-stakes transactions
- Align cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solutions teams to creator unified value propositions
- Represent the business at client leadership events, snapping strategic partnerships and ongoing retainers
- Consistently exceed KPIs for revenue targets and new logo acquisition

Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years in a full-cycle sales role, specialising in selling complex B2B SaaS solutions to enterprise organisations
- Proven ability to build pipeline, create opportunities, and close net new business consistently
- Experience selling into large enterprise environments and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Familiarity with enterprise sales processes, including RFPs, pre-sales, and board-level negotiations
Skills
- Sharp commercial acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS pricing models and enterprise contracts
- ** Exceptional communication and influencer skills**—articulate compelling value propositions for high-stakes conversations
- Exceptional relationship builder: trusted advisor who strengthens talent and long-term commercial partnerships
- Ability to drive results in a high-pressure environment; demonstrate quota attainment and achievement of ambitious targets
