Enterprise Account Executive
Enterprise Account Executive (x2) - Lyrebird Health
The Role
This is a senior commercial role at the heart of Lyrebird's UK growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for strategic NHS Trusts, ICBs, and large hospital groups—from first conversation to signed multi-year SaaS contract. You will:
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline in complex procurement environments
- Collaborate closely with clinical, digital, and finance stakeholders to shape deals that deliver measurable outcomes
- Drive the expansion of existing accounts while providing real market intelligence to product and go-to-market (GTM) teams
This role thrives on complex, high-stakes deals and requires:
- Genuine curiosity about the challenges clinicians face
- Comfortability navigating boardroom conversations (e.g., with a CIO) and deep technical engagement (e.g., clinical informatics teams) in the same day
- Passion for long-term relationship-building
- Rigour in pipeline management
We’re hiring 2x Account Executives to expand Lyrebird’s presence in the Midlands and Northern UK. This is a remote role with extensive travel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
