With this momentum, ANS aims to build and grow their Commercial Enterprise sales team, targeting year-over-year success in FY26.

We are recruiting for Enterprise and Senior Enterprise Sales Executives, spanning across:
- Retail & Consumer
- Financial Services
- Professional Services
- ISV / Digital Native markets
What You’ll Do
Find: Identify Opportunities
- Construct new named accounts via self-generated activities such as:
- Marketing outreach
- Referrals
- Social media engagement
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to leverage sales-ready leads (SQLs) for the sales pipeline
- Uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts

Win: Drive the Sale
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through CRM
- Work with presales solution architects on both new logos and existing customer expansions
- Utilise commercial insights to close deals effectively
Grow: Account Management & Continuation
- Directly manage a small set of enterprise and mid-market accounts in designated verticals or sectors
- Oversee delivery from proposal through to final project outcomes
- Appoint as the single point of contact for accounts, crafting and executing engagement plans
- Develop product and service penetration matrices for each account, capturing:
- Baseline opportunities
- Potential upsell/cross-sell value
- Forge close partnerships with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Customer Success Agents (CSAs), including:
- Attending Service Reviews & Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Aligning on project updates and recommendations
- Own client engagements while facilitating deliverables reviews and seamless transitions to Service Delivery
- Drive renewals in collaboration with CSM, CSA, and renewals teams
- Fully analyse enterprise landscapes to realise full-service wallet share
- Take full ownership of actions required for account growth
- Partner with Microsoft account teams to exploring new logos as well as expanding existing accounts
What You’ll Bring
- A high degree of motivation, goal-oriented, high-energy and highly focused mindset
- Proven successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Direct sales experience preferred
- Experience in solution sales environments, including:
- IT services
- Managed projects
- Through to support phases
- Deep understanding of the software market, particularly:
- Hosted Applications
- Managed services
- SaaS offerings
- CRM & Electronic office products sectors
- Or closely related domains where customer service is central
- Significant history of enterprise and mid-market sales development, ensuring high performance
- Thrives in high-eastern, fast-paced, challenging environments
- Strong track record in new business acquisition, relishing the excitement of new engagements and recognition
- Fast learner with minimal-handholding capability—wear multiple hats efficiently
- Proven B2B sales experience with classic sales methodologies:
- Anti-medication, SPIN selling
- TAS (Team Selling Approach)
- Huthwaite methodology
- Major Account Selling
