Enterprise Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive enterprise growth within a fast-moving technology environment.

You will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering revenue growth across a defined territory.

The role combines enterprise sales expertise with partner ecosystem development to create long-term business opportunities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build demand, manage complex sales cycles, and accelerate customer adoption.

This position is ideal for a self-driven sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building partnerships from the ground up.

Accountabilities

  • You will own the growth strategy for enterprise accounts within your region, driving pipeline generation, partner engagement, and revenue achievement.
  • You will combine strategic planning, relationship building, and execution to deliver consistent business results.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting, lead management, and territory planning.
  • Focus on acquiring and closing enterprise customers, particularly organizations with 1,000+ employees.
  • Manage sales opportunities through the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue visibility.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to identify short-term and long-term revenue opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, MSPs, VARs, and technology integrators.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to support demand generation and business growth.
  • Create and maintain partner plans aligned with customer opportunities, industry focus areas, and partner strengths.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaigns, events, and initiatives that generate market awareness.
  • Establish financial goals with strategic partners and ensure successful execution against targets.
  • Manage multiple channel initiatives across sales, technical, and professional services teams.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline performance, partner activity, and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a results-oriented enterprise sales professional with experience growing revenue through direct sales and partner ecosystems.
  • You should be comfortable working independently, managing complex sales cycles, and operating in a high-growth technology environment.
  • 4-8 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience selling high-tech solutions, with cybersecurity or software experience considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of partner-led sales models and experience working with resellers, MSPs, VARs, or integrators.
  • Established relationships with SMB and SME-focused channel partners.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers across different levels of customer and partner organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth technology companies is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across matrixed teams.
  • Competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
