Enterprise Account Executive

The Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own and drive complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting through close, while collaborating closely with customers, prospects, and internal teams.

You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s go-to-market motion and contributing to a strong, collaborative sales culture within a fast-scaling startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Run complex enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach to contract signature Proactively build and manage your pipeline with full ownership and accountability Engage senior engineers, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders in both technical and business-focused conversations Clearly articulate product value, ROI, and integration considerations Drive successful customer adoption and long-term account growth Help define and refine customer qualification criteria and sales processes as the business scales Represent the voice of the customer in discussions with product and engineering teams Mentor and support newer Account Executives Partner with marketing to refine messaging and sales enablement materials Support FinTech and Financial Services accounts while contributing to other enterprise opportunities as required

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales Direct experience selling developer tools or similarly technical products Consistent track record of exceeding quota Strong technical acumen and ability to sell to both technical and executive audiences Comfortable owning pipeline generation as well as deal execution Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving processes Prior experience in Sales Engineering or delivering technical product demonstrations (preferred)
