💼 The Role
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from self-sourced outbound to close
- Target companies with 2,000+ employees across the UK & Europe
- Navigate 3–12 month sales cycles, with six- to seven-figure deal sizes
- Sell to multi-stakeholder teams: CX, engineering, legal, product, and security
- Utilise the MEDPIC methodology to manage and forecast in Salesforce
- Become the go-to expert on our new AI agent product

💰 Compensation
- Base: £115K – £120K
- OTE: £230K – £240K (50/50 split)
- 30% accelerator on self-sourced deals | 70% on company-sourced
- Uncapped commissions + competitive equity
✅ Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Consistent track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas
- Comfortable selling to technical buyers
- Hunter mentality—self-sourcing 80%+ of your pipeline
