💼 The Role

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from self-sourced outbound to close
  • Target companies with 2,000+ employees across the UK & Europe
  • Navigate 3–12 month sales cycles, with six- to seven-figure deal sizes
  • Sell to multi-stakeholder teams: CX, engineering, legal, product, and security
  • Utilise the MEDPIC methodology to manage and forecast in Salesforce
  • Become the go-to expert on our new AI agent product

💰 Compensation

  • Base: £115K – £120K
  • OTE: £230K – £240K (50/50 split)
  • 30% accelerator on self-sourced deals | 70% on company-sourced
  • Uncapped commissions + competitive equity

✅ Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Consistent track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas
  • Comfortable selling to technical buyers
  • Hunter mentality—self-sourcing 80%+ of your pipeline
