Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive

The Role

This is a senior commercial role at the heart of Lyrebird’s UK growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for strategic NHS Trusts, ICBs, and large hospital groups, from first conversation to signed multi-year SaaS contract. You'll:

  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline, navigating complex procurement environments
  • Work closely with clinical, digital, and finance stakeholders to shape deals delivering measurable outcomes
  • Lead expansions in existing accounts and provide critical market insights back to product and GTM teams

This role suits someone who thrives on complex, high-stakes deals and brings genuine curiosity to clinical problems. You’ll be comfortable:

  • Leading boardroom conversations with CIOs
  • Conducting deep technical discussions with clinical informatics teams
  • Building long-term relationships while maintaining rigorous pipeline discipline
  • Selling solutions that genuinely make a difference

We’re hiring 2x Account Executives to grow and build Lyrebird’s presence in the Midlands and the North. This is a remote role with extensive travel.

Why Lyrebird?

Everything we build is rooted in:

  • Earning trust
  • Reducing cognitive load
  • Delivering measurable impact at scale

Key Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting through to signed contracts
  • Target NHS Trusts, ICSs, large private, and international hospital groups

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
