The Role

This is a senior commercial role at the heart of Lyrebird's UK growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for strategic NHS Trusts, ICBs, and large hospital groups, from first conversation to signed multi-year SaaS contract. You'll build and manage a high-value pipeline, navigate complex procurement environments, and work closely with clinical, digital, and finance stakeholders to shape deals that deliver measurable outcomes. You'll also play a key role in expanding existing accounts and feeding real market intelligence back into the product and GTM teams.

This role suits someone who thrives on complex, high-stakes deals and brings genuine curiosity to the problems clinicians face. You're comfortable leading a boardroom conversation with a CIO and then going deep with a clinical informatics team the same afternoon. You like building relationships over the long term, you're rigorous about your pipeline, and you want to sell something that actually matters.

We're looking to hire 2x Account Executives to grow & build our presence in the Midlands and the North. This is a remote role, with extensive travel.

About Us

Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks.

Thousands of clinicians across multiple disciplines use Lyrebird every day in environments where accuracy, safety, and time matter deeply. Everything we build is grounded in earning trust, reducing cognitive load, and delivering meaningful impact at scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to signed contracts, across NHS Trusts, ICSs, and large private and international hospital groups
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity, inbound leads, partner relationships, and marketing campaigns
  • Lead structured discovery with clinical, operational, digital, and finance stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and target outcomes
  • Shape solution proposals and business cases that connect Lyrebird's capabilities to real clinical and operational priorities; efficiency, cost reduction, workforce transformation
  • Navigate healthcare procurement complexity including RFPs, IT and information governance reviews, cyber and data privacy requirements
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CCIOs, CNIOs, CMOs, COOs, and clinical champions across your accounts
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity staging, and risk reporting in CRM, and work with Customer Success to ensure strong handovers and identify expansion opportunities
  • Represent Lyrebird at events, demos, and executive briefings as a credible, consultative voice for ambient clinical AI

What You'll Bring

  • A strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement and multi-year contract wins
  • Experience selling into healthcare providers, ideally NHS Trusts, ICBs, or large hospital groups with an understanding of how clinical, digital, and finance teams make decisions together
  • Confidence running complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and building compelling business cases with clear ROI
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC or similar) and the discipline to apply them consistently
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can hold a C-suite conversation and adapt your register for technical and clinical audiences alike

Nice to have

  • Experience with NHS procurement routes, frameworks, and contracting processes
  • Background in clinical documentation, speech recognition, EPR, PAS, or adjacent health tech
  • An existing network with NHS digital leaders, clinical informaticists, or transformation teams
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment

Clinicians spend hours every day on documentation that takes them away from patients. Lyrebird exists to give that time back and you'll be one of the people making that happen at scale across the NHS and beyond. The deals you close will have a direct, tangible effect on how clinicians work and how patients experience care.

We're building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who benefit from our work. We want Lyrebird to be a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. If you're from an underrepresented background in tech, we strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement.
