Enterprise Account Executive – EMEA
Location: Remote (one day per week in the London office)
Salary: £90,000–£100,000 Base | £180,000–£200,000 OTE
Languages: Spanish or another European language preferred
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across EMEA, selling enterprise software solutions into Tier 1 Financial Services, Insurance and Telecommunications organisations.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll be responsible for generating pipeline, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, developing commercial proposals and closing high-value, multi-year agreements with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition across the EMEA region.
- Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
- Sell to C-level and senior business stakeholders across Banking, Insurance and Telecommunications.
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations and business cases.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver winning solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.

About You
You'll bring:
- Proven success in Enterprise SaaS or technology sales.
- A track record of closing six and seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Experience selling into Banking, Insurance or Telecommunications.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
