Job Description

Eptura is looking for a high-energy, hunter-minded Account Executive to drive growth across our existing EMEA customer base. This is not a passive account management role — we’re looking for someone who knows how to create demand, uncover whitespace, challenge customers’ thinking, and turn existing relationships into meaningful revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our current book of business through upsell, cross-sell, growth, and platform expansion. You’ll work with customers who may be using point solutions today and help them see the broader value of Eptura’s connected platform. Success requires someone who can sell strategically, build executive trust, create urgency, and consistently overachieve in a tough, competitive sales environment.

This is a strong opportunity for a driven SaaS seller who thrives on ownership, knows how to navigate complex accounts, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow revenue while helping customers solve real business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of EMEA customer accounts, with a focus on revenue expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and platform adoption.
  • Identify whitespace across existing accounts and proactively create opportunities to expand Eptura’s footprint.
  • Sell the value of Eptura’s broader platform to customers currently using individual point solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that map customer priorities to measurable business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, senior decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Lead value-based, consultative sales conversations that uncover pain, create urgency, and position Eptura as a strategic partner.
  • Drive commercial growth in a challenging sales environment by bringing creativity, persistence, and discipline to every account.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Solutions, and other internal teams to align customer needs with the right solutions and services.
  • Conduct business reviews that go beyond relationship management — using them to identify expansion opportunities, mitigate risk, and reinforce value.
  • Negotiate and close expansion opportunities while protecting revenue and maximizing long-term customer value.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, CRM accuracy, forecasting discipline, and visibility into account activity.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer priorities, competitor activity, product updates, pricing, and contract terms to strengthen your selling approach.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, quota expectations, and account growth goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
