Enterprise Account Executive
Enterprise Account Executive (Healthcare SaaS)
About the Role
We're partnered with a high growth healthcare software business that is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate their growth across the healthcare ecosystem.
You'll own complex, consultative sales cycles with some of the largest provider organisations, health systems, payer organisations, and digital health companies in the market.
You'll work alongside Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to:
- Identify strategic opportunities
- Build executive relationships
- Close high-value enterprise partnerships
This role is ideal for someone who thrives selling mission-critical SaaS solutions into healthcare organisations and enjoys navigating complex buying committees across:
- Clinical
- Operational
- Financial
- IT stakeholders
What You’ll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build pipeline within:
- Health systems
- Provider groups
- Payer organisations
- Enterprise healthcare organisations
- Develop executive relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
- Lead consultative discovery around:
- Operational challenges
- Clinical needs
- Financial requirements
- Technology gaps
- Coordinate internal resources including:
- Solutions Engineering
- Product
- Legal
- Customer Success
- Create compelling business cases and ROI analyses
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales processes involving:
- Procurement
- Compliance
- Legal
- Security and executive leadership
- Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

We’re Looking For
Required
- 5–10+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years selling into healthcare organisations
- Track record of exceeding enterprise quota (~$1M+ ARR preferred)
- Experience managing 6–12 month enterprise sales cycles
- History of closing six to seven-figure SaaS agreements
- Experience selling to:
- Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
- Health Systems
- Provider Groups
- Hospital Networks
- Payer Organisations
- Healthcare Technology Companies
