Enterprise Account Executive | Tier-1 Organisational Performance & Culture SaaS

The enterprise SaaS market is flooded with generic "disruptor" roles. This is not one of them.

We are currently partnering with an established, global heavyweight in the human capital and corporate performance space. They don't just sell software; they define how Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organisations structure their workplace culture, engagement, and performance metrics. As they continue to scale their elite UK commercial division, they require a sophisticated, high-energy Enterprise Sales Executive to lead complex, six-figure deal cycles from inception to close.

This is a mandate for a true strategic operator, not a transactional software seller. You will be taking ownership of a premium territory, dealing exclusively with high-caliber clients, and commanding rooms at the true C-level.

What distinguishes this opportunity from the market noise:

  • True Enterprise Scale: You will not be wasting time on mid-market accounts disguised as enterprise. The remit is strictly focused on massive, complex organisations with headcounts exceeding 10,000 employees.
  • C-Suite Evangelism: This is a highly consultative, analytical sell. You will be presenting a full suite of value-driven offerings directly to chief executives, requiring an inspirational, memorable, and highly strategic approach.
  • Cross-Functional Autonomy: You will be backed by a world-class team, coordinating cross-functionally to deploy sophisticated enterprise software in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving SaaS environment.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: The solution is highly scalable, and the territory is primed for a builder who can execute an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
