Founding Enterprise Account Executive (London/EMEA)
About the Role
Want to lead the charge as EMEAโs first Enter kadฤฑn Account Executive for a category-leading AI platform? This role gives you ownership of a net-new territory from scratch, building the international playbook with no existing framework or support team.
Pave Talent is recruiting on behalf of a top-tier AI firm used by creative professionals, agencies, and Fortune 500 brand teams. The London office includes a co-working space, and youโll collaborate with a London-based post-sales colleague as your on-the-ground partner.
Who Thrives Here?
- Sellers with founding roles before or those already lone AEโs in London
- Operators comfortable with islands-of-time solo work, remote ramp-up, and minimal SLAs
- Builders who speak the language of CMOs, creative directors, and agency heads
- Self-starters who proactively build pipeline, own demos, and share insights across time zones without prompting
This role is not for:
- Those needing daily manager availability or structured territories
- Sellers expecting a mature enterprise org with sales engineers or enablement teams
- Reps reluctant to connect asynchronously or operate autonomously
The Opportunity
Youโre founding EMEAโs sales strategy aloneโno inherited playbook. The CRO, based in the USโs eastern time zone, aligns better with London than previous teams. From discovery frameworks and pricing models to events and partnerships, you create the roadmap for Europeโs long-term success.
The product? Groundbreaking. Engineered with creative professionals at the helmโnot just engineers. Thatโs why must-have tier-one agencies and brands consistently return (and competitors canโt replicate).
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
