ABOUT KYP.AI

KYP.ai is a Process Intelligence Platform - the must-have layer for Agentic AI.

We help global enterprises reveal how work actually happens, quantify automation ROI before investment, and enable AI agents with real business context.

Recognized by Gartner, Forrester, and Everest Group. Trusted by DHL, Qatar Airways, Capgemini, Deloitte, and a couple of dozen global enterprises.

2x ARR growth in 2025. But hungry for more.

THE ROLE

This is not a role for someone who needs a team behind them to close. It is a senior individual contributor position. You will report directly to the CEO. You will own the assigned market. You will close enterprise deals yourself - and eventually may be even build the team around you. If that sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for, read on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end - from prospecting to close - on 6- and 7-figure enterprise deals;
  • Navigate complex, multi-persona buying committees and build champions at C-level and senior line-of-business;
  • Help us build a repeatable sales playbook - you can be cowriting it, not just following one;
  • Sell measurable business value - automation savings, FTE reduction, ROI - not features;
  • Feed market intelligence directly to product and leadership; your proximity to the customer matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Non-negotiable:

  • Demonstrated track record closing enterprise SaaS deals in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments;
  • Fluent in HubSpot and modern GTM stack - you build and optimize your own workflows, not just use the tools;
  • AI is part of how you work - not a talking point, but a genuine productivity multiplier in your day-to-day;
  • Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles - and consciously moving away from high-velocity, transactional SaaS environments;
  • Operated in early-stage or resource-constrained environments and delivered without a full support structure;
  • Strong signals: Repeatedly overdelivered on ARR quota;
  • Sold into Operations, Finance, IT, or Transformation leadership at enterprise accounts;
  • Skilled at building and mobilizing internal champions inside prospect organizations;
  • Motivated by extreme ownership - you want to build something;
  • Understands that scaling sales is not equivalent to adding headcount - process-driven and data-literate;
  • Experience in process intelligence, process mining, RPA, automation intelligence, or adjacent enterprise software categories;
  • Desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility as the business grows.
