A growing and hugely successful B2B SaaS technology company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expansion across UK-based enterprise customers. The successful candidate will focus on HCM/HR-related solutions and own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies for a defined portfolio of enterprise prospects and customers in the UK.
- Own end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution mapping, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior HR, People, and Finance stakeholders, positioning the solution as a strategic enabler.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity qualification.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure effective demand generation, compelling proposals, and smooth handover into implementation.

Experience and skills
- Strong track record as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar new-business role within B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience selling HCM, HR, payroll, workforce management, or adjacent people-tech solutions into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with structured sales and qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPIC or similar), and proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand HR and business challenges and translate them into clear value propositions and ROI.
- Confident working with C-level and senior HR leadership, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- High work ethic and resilience, comfortable with proactive outreach, building pipeline, and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with internal teams and contribute feedback from the field into product and GTM refinement.
- Fluency in English; UK market experience is essential.
