About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Harvey, you will drive the growth and success of our AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).
Your mission? To establish and grow relationships with law firms and enterprise clients, understand their unique pain points, and position Harvey’s AI solutions as the answer—streamlining their workflows, boosting productivity, and reshaping knowledge work.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth
- Develop and manage a named account list, driving the full sales cycle:
- Prospecting → Consultative engagements → Contracting → Onboarding → Retention and expansion
- Crush revenue targets and exceed key business and sales metrics
- Scale recruited accounts by uplifting engagement, driving usage, and securing expansion opportunities
Customer-Centric Strategy
- Build deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., firm partners, admins, legal tech champions)
- Uncover unmet needs – bridge the gap between a client’s aspirations and reality, translating pain points into AI-driven solutions
- Represent Harvey’s interests comfortably and convincingly, ensuring alignment between product offerings and client expectations
Product & Market Leadership
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, compelling value propositions—for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leverage first-hand feedback to shape product enhancements, collaborating across:
- Engineering teams (to stay ahead of AI innovations)
- Product & Go-to-Market (to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy)
- Customer success (ensuring smooth onboarding and retention)
- Own the learning curve – anticipate client challenges, pioneer new use cases, and create internal momentum for featability
Process & Team Development
- Drive sales playbook evolution, documenting key learnings that enhance scalability and repetition
- Mentor and onboard new team members (if applicable)
- Energize your team by sharing best practices, fostering a high-energy, data-driven culture
Requirements
Sales & Customer Success Expertise
✅ Proven success in selling complex, high-touch enterprise software – especially in legal tech, professional services, or AI-powered platforms ✅ Consultative & solution-oriented sales methodology:
- Experience driving multi-year contracts with large firms (e.g., **$10K-$100K A РуН **per deal)
- Ability to sell to stakeholders at all levels (executives, partners, end-users) ✅ Technical Translator – Mastery at converting jargon into actionable, business-aligned value (e.g., explaining NLP models to a law firm’s tech-adverse founders) ✅ Owner mentality – Thrives in accountable, measurable environments with scalable targets ✅ Passion for AI in professional services – Intrigued by Generative AI’s impact on productivity and excited by researching forefront applications

Location & Language
- Fluent English (C1 level required) – Must venerate articulate communications across cultures
- CEE language fluency (ideal) – Polish, Czech, Hungarian, or Romanian plus (not essential)
