Role Overview

Are you a top-performing sales professional looking for your next big opportunity? At Cambridge Spark, you’ll work with FTSE 100 companies and leading global enterprises to drive workforce transformation through cutting-edge Data and AI training.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll work directly with senior decision-makers, aligning innovative training solutions with their strategic goals to deliver measurable business impact. This is your opportunity to drive transformation for some of the most recognised organisations in the world, while achieving your own ambitious career and financial goals in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.

At Cambridge Spark we have two revenue streams: Apprenticeships and Commercial (non levy funded). We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to fuel growth and expand our footprint within our Commercial Segment. This role is crucial for executing our growth strategy, with a focus on identifying and capitalising on new business and existing client growth opportunities within the UK and Europe. The commercial team was officially established in 2025 and saw huge growth, with key clients being the likes of Lloyd’s Banking Group, Haleon, The FCA and many more. As the second Commercial AE in the team, this role offers the opportunity to have a huge impact on the growth, strategy and form of our commercial training offering, whilst also accelerating your career progression.

This role requires a self-starter who’s full of ideas and wants to get stuck in trying them out, learning and iterating within a small team environment. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Owning qualification, stakeholder mapping, deal strategy, and close plans, using structured methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger Deliver Compelling, Value-Led Solutions: Design and present tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven solutions that clearly articulate the commercial and strategic impact of Data & AI capability building Collaborate to Win and Deliver: Partner closely with Customer Success, Delivery, and Apprenticeships teams to ensure smooth handover, successful delivery, and long-term customer value — while retaining commercial ownership of growth opportunities Consistently Exceed Targets: Achieve and exceed ambitious new-business revenue targets, using data-driven pipeline management, disciplined execution, and a relentless focus on outcomes To support with any ad-hoc duties or requests that may be reasonably required to successfully carry out the role or to support the business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
