Attention: This remote role is open to senior enterprise professionals based in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and EMEA markets (Languages: English only).
Outcome Vectors Is Appointing a Business Development Partner — Hunters Only
Outcome Vectors is expanding, and we’re opening a senior seat for a proven enterprise hunter who can drive revenue, open new markets, and represent our elite consulting model at the highest levels.
This is not a traditional sales role.
It is a performance partnership for someone who knows how to engage the C-suite, diagnose operational failures, and convert complex challenges into high-value consulting engagements.
Our Philosophy
Enterprise consulting is broken. Big Four firms charge premium rates and deliver junior execution.

What You Will Drive
This role is for a true rainmaker:
- Open new enterprise accounts across the UK, EU, and global markets
- Engage senior decision-makers (COO, CTO, VP Ops, Transformation Leaders)
- Identify operational pain: SLA failures, vendor chaos, stalled programs
- Position our senior-only delivery model with clarity and confidence
- Close discovery/scoping engagements that anchor long-term partnerships
- Build and own the revenue pipeline that fuels our expansion

Services You Will Sell
- Portfolio, Program & Project Management — PMO setup, governance frameworks, delivery assurance, program recovery
- IT Service Management (ITSM) — service design, transition, SLA stabilization, incident/problem/change optimization
- IT Transitions & Transformations — cloud migration, outsourcing transitions, vendor realignment, modernization programs
- Operational Excellence — process re-engineering, cost optimization, SLA recovery, efficiency improvements
- Root Cause Analysis & Recovery — diagnosing failing projects, crisis stabilization, corrective action plans
- Governance & Compliance Architecture — audit-ready governance, ISO/ITIL alignment, risk & controls frameworks
- Vendor & Commercial Performance Management — contract optimization, supplier accountability, service credit reduction
- Transformation Delivery — execution of enterprise change programs with senior-only teams
- Service Operations Stabilization — eliminating operational chaos, restoring service reliability
- Discovery & Scoping Engagements — short, high-value engagements that anchor long-term consulting work
