The Role
Phenom is seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth and revenue targets in EMEA.
The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute sales strategies while building high-value relationships with key customers—bridging talent needs with cutting-edge HR technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue-generating sales strategies and strategies aligned to型 enterprise customer needs
- Identify, prioritize, and cultivate high-value relationships with enterprise clients (HR, HRIS, IT leadership)
- Analyze market trends, customer pain points, and competitive data to uncover sales opportunities
- Prospect and qualify B2B leads via cold outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI case studies
- Lead commercial negotiations, close deals, and manage funnel acceleration across EMEA
- Maintain meticulous records of sales pipeline, customer interactions, and key metrics in CRM

What You Bring to the Table
Your ideal profile aligns with this experience and mindset:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales expertise, ideally in HR-tech, HCM (Human Capital Management), or Talent Experience platforms
- Strong track record of strategic relationship-building, including executive-level stakeholder engagements with C-suite HR/IT leaders
- Proven skills in navigating complex, multi-year enterprise sales cycles
- Knack for persuasive communication and collaborative partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM/sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari for pipeline management, Outreach for outreach)
