Enterprise & Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – ANS Group

Now, we’re building our Commercial Enterprise Sales team for sustained success in FY 26, seeking Enterprise and Senior Enterprise Sales Executives across core industry sectors: Retail, Financial Services, Professional Services, and ISV/Digital Native.
The Opportunity
ANS revolutionises digital transformation by preconfiguring and automating the best cloud, security, data, and business application technologies for our customers. This enables seamless, secure, and efficient projects tailored to their north—while keeping costs low and operations frictionless.
As an Enterprise or Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing ANS’s market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving both new and existing business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Find
- Generate and identify new leads through:
- Self-driven marketing efforts
- Networking and referrals
- Social media outreach
- Partner with ANS marketing to leverage sales-ready leads (SQLs)
- Maximise opportunities with internal and external partners, including:
- ANS’s presale solution architects
- Microsoft account teams
- ANS Sales teams
- Target growth opportunities within existing accounts

Win
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, supported by CRM tools.
- Collaborate with presale architects for new logos and existing customers.
Grow
- Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts within your designated vertical.
- Oversight of project delivery and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Serve as key account contact, creating engagement plans and ensuring alignment with:
- Customer Success Managers (CSM)
- Customer Success Adjudikates (CSA)
- Present ANS product and service penetration matrixes for each account, including baselines, opportunities, and future projects
- Attend all critical engagements, such as:
- Service Reviews
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Project updates and boards
- Work with the Renewals team to Drive contract renewals with input from your CS team.
- Leverage the entire ANS service ecosystem—sharing of wallet—while maintaining visibility across all client relationships.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Sales Expertise
- Proven track record of beating revenue targets with quota over-achievement.
- Direct sales experience preferred, with a preference for those transitioning from earlier sales roles.
- ** tief interest in MRR/hourly rates services/delivery, or work on complex consultative sales environments.
- Strong industry acumen within software/cloud environments, including:
- SaaS (Software as a Service)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Salesforce/Hosted Applications
- Electronic Office Products and similar digital solutions

Agility & Training
- Rapid learner, proficient under tight deadlines and adaptable to various roles in sales process.
- Completion of recognised sales training or methodologies, preferable: Classically trained from MOSI (modern sales training).
- Completed frameworks: Minus (e.g.ograns—medic) gelten, SPiN, TASS, Huthwaite or major account-facing approaches—excellent.
