Ingenio and Our Client
Ingenio is collaborating with a rapidly expanding technology company at the intersection of AI, Customer Experience, and Cloud transformation.
Enterprise organizations are heavily investing in, changing, and rebuilding their operational models.
They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who is comfortable with the challenges of building relationships, creating pipelines, and winning new enterprise customers from scratch. This is not an inherited territory role. This is a “go and create your own market” role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating net-new enterprise opportunities through structured outbound activity.
- Building relationships across large, complex organizations.
- Selling CCaaS, CX, AI, Cloud, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Managing full-cycle enterprise sales from first contact through to close.
- Engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying groups.
- Working with partners and internal teams to shape deals.

What They’re Looking For
- Strong new business hunter with enterprise sales experience
- 2–3+ years selling CCaaS or CX solutions
- End-to-end sales cycle ownership
- Track record of delivering against £750k+ GP targets
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
