Enterprise Account Executive - EMEA (UK/London-based Role)

About the Role

As our Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by developing tailored sales strategies, cultivating key customer relationships, and closing high-value enterprise deals.

This is the ideal opportunity for a motivated, experienced professional who understands complex SaaS Sale cycles and lives for enterprise-scale account management.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies aligned to revenue targets
  • Identify, prioritise, and nurture relationships with global enterprise clients in HR and IT
  • Analyse sales data & market trends to uncover new growth opportunities
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Deliver persuasive product demos highlighting Phenom’s value proposition
  • Negotiate contracts and close large-scale enterprise deals
  • Maintain accurate sales records (activities, opportunities, CRM data)

What You’ve Done

Sales & Account Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience selling SaaS—preferably in HR, HCM, or Talent Experience platforms
  • Direct experience navigating complex sales cycles within enterprise environments
  • Experience building long-term, executive-level relationships with HR, HRIS, and IT stakeholders

Key Skills

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM sales tools including Salesforce, Clari, and Outreach
