Role Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing nCino's cloud banking platform to new customers across your territory while deepening our presence within our existing client base. Financial institutions everywhere are rethinking how they operate, and you'll be the one helping them see what's possible with nCino.
This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity - navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, challenging conventional thinking, and building genuine consensus among senior decision-makers. You'll work at the intersection of consultative selling and deep product expertise, using your understanding of the nCino solution and the Salesforce platform to solve real problems for real institutions.
Beyond individual wins, you'll be shaping how financial services experiences nCino in your market - building brand presence, partnering closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and our inside sales team, and helping define what a modern banking transformation looks like.
What You'll Do
- Identify and target prospective nCino customers within your geographic territory and market segment
- Challenge prospective customers to consider a new and innovative approach to their banking operations
- Drive opportunities through qualification and closure, maintaining a pipeline that supports quarterly and annual goals
- Build strong nCino brand presence across your territory
- Use a consultative approach to uncover client needs, applying your knowledge of the nCino solution and Salesforce platform to address them
- Manage complex sales cycles with new customers - mapping decision-making processes, negotiating contracts, and closing business
- Identify key stakeholders and mobilizers within prospective accounts, building consensus among decision-makers
- Partner with inside sales and marketing to deliver a consistent message in the marketplace
- Expand nCino's presence within existing clients, working with Customer Success to drive adoption and identify opportunities for new products

Ideally You'll Have
- A strong professional track record with a consistent history of excellence in sales
- The ability to challenge executive decision-makers, build consensus with client leadership, and sell effectively to the C-suite
- Strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication, with the confidence to demonstrate software solutions both onsite and virtually
- A history of success working collaboratively - partnering with colleagues across product, sales, professional services, support, and finance to achieve shared goals
- Banking or commercial banking domain expertise (desirable)
- A flexible, resourceful approach to problem-solving in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong organisational skills, balancing high performance with process and administrative excellence

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The Base Salary Range For This Job Is
£69,300.00 - £128,200.00
