Enterprise Account Executive

London | Hybrid (3 Days Per Week)
£60,000–£85,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (Double OTE)

Join a Fast-Growing Enterprise Technology Business

SR2 is partnering with an innovative, high-growth technology company that's helping some of the UK's largest organisations unlock greater value from their digital investments.

Working with enterprise customers across multiple sectors, the business enables organisations to improve how people adopt new technologies, increase workforce productivity and deliver measurable operational improvements utilising AI. Their platform combines technology, data and expert guidance to help organisations accelerate change and maximise the return on their existing technology investments. Their UK sales team has grown from 0-8 heads in the space of 12 months and they are signing some enterprise SUPERSTAR clients.

Following continued growth, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join their London team and play a key role in the next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

This is a consultative enterprise sales role focused on solving strategic business challenges. You'll work with senior stakeholders to understand organisational priorities, identify opportunities to improve the way teams work and build compelling business cases that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Rather than leading with product features, you'll be selling long-term business value, helping customers accelerate transformation, improve workforce effectiveness and maximise the impact of their existing technology investments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
