The Team

With Intelligence is seeking a talented and driven Enterprise Account Executive to grow strategic new Real Estate subsciptions across our platform. You will be part of a commercially focused Market Intelligence sales team that delivers customised solutions to businesses across financial services, professional services, investment management, and industry markets. The team thrives on disciplined prospecting, consultative selling, seamless collaboration across functions, and delivering enduring commercial value.

The Impact

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive sustainable return by:

  • Developing and compartmentalising enterprise-level opportunities from initial engagement through revenue generation.
  • Optimising a mix of inbound demand conversion and structured outbound prospecting, targeting high-value accounts.
  • Acting as the senior representative on complex sales cycles and advising teams on prospect development.
  • Leading curated outreach initiatives and building trusted long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Contributing to the team’s success by refining processes, sharing expertise, and fostering commercial best practice.

You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between account strategy, product capabilities, and commercial goals—delivering both immediate revenue impact and fostering enduring trust.

  • Engage with global Real Estate clients—informing their decision-making, stimulating demand, and driving subscription growth.
  • Apply curiosity and commercial judgement to complex client engagements.
  • Collaborate across teams (strategy, product, Operations) while working under tight deadlines.
  • Shape evolving sales approaches and share learnings with peers.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Lead strategic accounts from initial opportunity identification through revenue recognition.
  • Construct detailed account planning documents with evidence-based segmentation.
  • Metricise and focus outbound activity across high-potential verticals and geographies.
  • Qualify in-bound commercial inquiries with product and competitive insight.
  • Build lasting relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders (portfolio managers, risk teams, technology leaders, etc.).
  • Present tailored value propositions that directly address operational and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a high-calibre sales funnel—using data analytics to refine approach and mature prospects.
  • Demonstrate ownership over your book-of-business, with clarity on roadmaps and win themes tied to macroeconomic trends.
  • Represent the company professionally at technical product briefings and client events where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Plaudable track record in B2B sales, preferably in subscription, data, research, market intelligence or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to generate new business leads through self-directed prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Experience working from a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and balancing tiered business objectives.
  • Clear communication skills in financial markets terminology and corporate business improvements.
  • Willingness to all knowledge, build partner relationships, and **work collaboratively with a broad networks of stakeholders. **

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Real Estate Asset Managers, private equity or institutional investors.
  • Insights into shifting Real Estate industry dynamics (ESG compliance, cost reporting, regulatory change).
  • Versatility in adapting pitches to senior executives, operational team leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Appreciation for complex VPN audits, capital valuation or ** Ll FUNDQUAD®**-style workflows (a plus, but not compulsory).
