Senior Enterprise Account Executive | Benelux & Nordics

£80,000 - £95,000 + DOUBLE OTE

London based - Hybrid

With a market-leading platform, an impressive international customer base and ambitious growth plans across EMEA, they're looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the Benelux and Nordic regions.

The Role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle across the Benelux and Nordic markets, from outbound prospecting through to complex enterprise negotiations and closing.

You'll build and execute territory plans, develop relationships with senior stakeholders, run value-based discovery conversations and manage multiple enterprise opportunities simultaneously. Working closely with Marketing, RevOps and Sales Enablement, you'll play a key role in shaping regional growth while consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive new business activity.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with enterprise organisations.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including C-suite executives.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement and RevOps to maximise territory performance.
  • Share customer insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.

About You

  • 8+ years' experience in quota-carrying enterprise B2B sales.
  • Proven success winning new enterprise business within the Benelux and/or Nordic markets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, enterprise technology, professional services or complex software solutions.
  • Strong consultative and value-based sales approach.
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English with Dutch language skills highly advantageous.
  • Highly organised with strong forecasting, territory planning and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel across the region where required.
