Job Description
We are partnered with a US based QMS provider, primarily targeting big pharmaceutical companies, looking to expand their reach into the European market.
They're looking for experienced enterprise account executives with experience selling QMS software to manage and grow the few accounts they have currently and hunt for new logo within Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through closing.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts along with the ability to maintain a significant opportunity pipeline to assure success and on-going sales growth at the key account(s).
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans for short- and long-term objectives.
- Engage in team development and mentoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of our platform into customer operations.
- Spearhead growth.
- Uncover new opportunities from their existing customers and target accounts.
- Travel to customers and events to prospect and promote their products.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience within life sciences software sales.
- Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field.
- Strong enterprise sales experience with a high energy mindset.
- Excellent time management and pipeline hygiene.
- Thriving in a high-performance environment.
- Domain experience selling SaaS.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Resilience and adaptability.
- Analytical thinking and sound decision making.
