Enterprise Account Executive | Permanent | London, Hybrid | Salary up to £110,000 (£220,000 OTE)
Peaple Talent have partnered with a very successful consultancy looking to recruit for an Enterprise Account Executive.
Our client aims to redefine how organisations adopt AI and technology by equipping their people with the skills to use it effectively. They deliver a modern approach to workforce development, one that blends employment with structured learning to build high-impact capability in AI, data, and digital discipline.
Following record-breaking growth and significant investment, they are expanding their enterprise sales team in the UK. They’re seeking high-performing sales professionals who want to contribute to the next phase of growth by building and deepening relationships with large, strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed and execute their proven go-to-market methodology, supported by best-in-class sales enablement and coaching.
- Apply structured qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC to manage complex sales cycles effectively.
- Develop new enterprise opportunities with priority accounts, engaging senior decision-makers from C-suite to senior leadership levels.
- Diagnose client challenges around digital transformation, workforce capability, capacity constraints, and diversity, positioning their programmes as strategic solutions.
- Partner with Business Value Consultants to construct compelling ROI analyses that demonstrate commercial impact and accelerate deal closure.
- Build long-term champions within organisations to secure new logos and expand existing accounts, developing and managing your own strategic portfolio.

Key Experience Required
- Previous experience successfully closing deals in enterprise-level B2B environments.
- A consistent record of generating and converting new business opportunities.
- Confidence running full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through to close.
- A history of high performance and exceeding targets.
- Energy, resilience, and a desire to continually outperform previous benchmarks.
- A genuine interest in social mobility and widening access to opportunity.

What’s On Offer
- Basic annual salary up to £110,000 per annum (predicted OTE of £220,000).
- 27 days annual leave, plus five additional days (life day, volunteering days and wellbeing days) plus eight bank holidays.
