Enterprise Account Executive
About the Role
Our Sales team drives the entire company forward by bringing our SaaS solution to new customers and builds a strong and sustainable customer base primed for up-sell โ every single day. We are a motivated, high-energy crew driven by insatiable curiosity and creativity, paired with the discipline, accountability, and teamwork of a wolfpack.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and close new accounts in your assigned territory
- Expand arry (ARR) contracts with existing customers as part of total quota
- Exceed quarterly sales targets
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Partner with Presales & Solutions Engineering to ensure high satisfaction among your clients
Who You Are
You have:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to VP and C-level executives
- An HR tech or data solution background
- A proven track record of success selling into enterprise and large enterprise companies
- Experience with early-stage companies
- The ability to consistently deliver on 6+ figure deals
- A validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company), with strong customer references (proven by repeat sales)
- Team sells experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with exceptional verbal and written communication
- Fluent English
- A London-based candidate whoโs eager to work on-site at least 2โ3 days a week
