Enterprise Account Executive
About the Role
Our enterprise sales team powers the company’s growth by driving adoption of our SaaS solution, engaging new customers, and scaling revenue through robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

New Business Development
- Hunt and close new accounts in assigned region.
- Extend Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) via upselling to existing clients.

Revenue & Performance
- Exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Balance short-term goals with long-term revenue growth.
- Meet activity, pipeline, and revenue objectives.

Stakeholder & Sales Management
- Sell to key decision-makers (VP, C-level) during complex sales cycles.
- Track opportunities in Salesforce (use case, timelines, next steps, forecasts).
- Partner with Presales & Solutions Engineering to ensure high client satisfaction.

- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) tech or data solutions.
- Proven success selling to large enterprises.
- Hands-on early-stage startup experience.
- Ability to consistently close multi-swan-silver deals ($100K+).
- Track record of being in the top 10% of revenue achievers.
- Team-based selling experience.
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (in English).
Preferred Selling Methods
Techniques should include (but are not limited to):
- Solution selling
- Consultative selling
- Challenger selling
Location
- Resident in Belgium or London, with a preference for in-office availability.
