Enterprise Account Manager β Insurance SaaS
π Home-based, England | π° Up to Β£140k base + uncapped OTE
ESP is retained on a confidential search for a high-growth insurance SaaS platform vendor, expanding its UK enterprise sales team after major client wins.
The role:
Sell a modern SaaS platform that helps insurers ditch legacy systems, speed up product launches, and improve customer experience. You'll build pipeline through senior prospecting and own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close.

What you'll do:
- Own strategic account/territory plans across enterprise insurers
- Build C-level relationships across transformation, claims, billing, ops & tech
- Lead long-cycle, high-value SaaS deals end-to-end
- Partner with presales, product, CS, and marketing to shape propositions
What we're looking for:
- Proven enterprise SaaS/software sales experience in insurance
- Track record selling to C-level/transformation stakeholders
- True hunter mentality β proactive pipeline builder
- Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Based in England, able to travel as needed
