Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 (Neg DOE) + 30% OTE
Location: Basingstoke / Hybrid
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic customers within a leading SaaS environment.
This is a senior customer-facing role focused on driving long-term client retention, increasing platform adoption, identifying commercial growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will act as the strategic partner to your customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value while supporting business growth through account expansion and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans that support customer objectives and long-term success.
- Proactively identify risks and implement retention strategies to protect customer relationships.

Customer Growth & Expansion
- Drive adoption across multiple teams, departments, regions, and business units.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increased platform utilisation.
- Create tailored growth plans aligned to customer priorities and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Deliver high-level product demonstrations, business reviews, and strategic workshops.
- Communicate value propositions to executive and operational stakeholders.
- Support customers in achieving greater efficiency, compliance, visibility, and operational effectiveness.
Customer Success & Adoption
- Monitor usage trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and adoption.
- Encourage best practice usage and support customers in maximising the value of the platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for strategic accounts.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or SaaS Account Management.
- Proven experience managing high-value client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing and retaining accounts.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to develop strategic account plans and execute long-term growth initiatives.
- A proactive and consultative approach to customer management.
