Job Description
You will lead the commercial expansion of a breakthrough AI platform that predicts construction project delays before they happen. Reporting to the VP Commercial, you’ll drive revenue across EMEA and APAC by challenging the status quo, navigating complex sales cycles with global infrastructure owners, and transforming how the world builds mega-projects.

What You Will Do
- Hunt and close new logos with major infrastructure owners, contractors, and engineering consultancies across EMEA and APAC.
- Execute complex, 6+ month Challenger Sale cycles involving C-suite stakeholders and multi-billion pound project directors.
- Partner with the VP Commercial to shape the go-to-market strategy for evolving pilot deals into multi-million pound enterprise contracts.

- Brings 4+ years of success in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Possesses deep credibility within the construction or civil engineering sector, comfortably speaking the language of project planners and directors.
- Demonstrates a 'Challenger' mindset with the grit to educate a traditional market on the value of predictive machine learning.
