Enterprise Account Manager
Account Manager – ZoomInfo

This hybrid role focuses on retaining and expanding relationships with mid-market customers (1,000+ employees) via renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities—while earning an unlimited income with competitive compensation.
About the Role

- Lead a book of 25–50 high-value accounts.
- Increase annual spend via strategic upsell campaigns ($100K–$500K+ ACV).
- Build enduring client relationships by proving ZoomInfo’s ROI.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and nurture referrals.

Responsibilities
Manage enterprise renewals and grow established accounts through:
- Cross-selling and up-selling to expand client value.
- Earning referral opportunities to unlock new business.
- Conducting persuasive online product demos highlighting ZoomInfo’s capabilities.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of:
- Delivering ROI-focused messaging (how peer companies optimize performance with ZoomInfo).
- Navigating complex sales cycles with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
Hard Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
- Proven ability to qualify opportunities rapidly and build multi-year relationships with strategic accounts.
- Experience in transactional and enterprise solution sales, coupled with demonstrated
- proficiency in CRM tools and the business intelligence marketplace.
Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Natural sales communication—confident, articulate, with a knack for adaptability in any conversation.
- Self-motivation to work independently while collaborating in a lively, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, high-energy, and positivity reels off under pressure (“*can-do” attitude).
