Role Overview

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive the commercial scale of a flagship, cloud-native data operations and enterprise intelligence platform.

This is not a standard account management or relationship-driven role. This is a transformational mandate for a strategic challenger who excels at originating demand, exposing unrecognized corporate inefficiencies, and leading complex C-suite buying coalitions toward long-term platform evolution.

In this role, you will take end-to-end commercial ownership of a strategic enterprise account portfolio. Your mission is to push customers past the limitations of fragmented point solutions, guiding them to consolidate their data footprint onto a unified, cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Origination & Commercial Execution: Utilise highly structured, value-based sales methodologies to map territories, build pipelines, and qualify business-case-driven opportunities.
  • Platform Transformation: Drive disruption-led commercial cycles. Teach C-suite executives about hidden operational risks and data silos they have not yet recognised.
  • Consumption-Based Account Expansion: Execute top-tier "land-and-expand" strategies. Partner deeply with customers and internal teams post-sale to monitor usage trends, mitigate adoption gaps, and champion new technical use cases that maximise the platform's footprint.
  • GTM Influence: Function as a critical feedback loop, capturing and sharing frontline customer insights with Product, Pricing, and Marketing teams to continuously refine product-market fit and scale future playbooks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
