Enterprise Account Manager (London, UK) – Remote
About the role
We are a global leader in unified communications and collaboration technology, trusted by enterprises worldwide to power their hybrid work and meeting spaces. As we continue to scale across EMEA, we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the UK market.
This is a fully remote role, ideally based in or near London to facilitate occasional customer meetings and industry events. You’ll drive the full sales cycle, build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, and partner closely with our channel ecosystem to deliver exceptional value to large enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within named target accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with channel partners and distributors to maximise market coverage and sales performance.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, pre-sales, and customer success.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements.

What you bring
- 5+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience within Unified Communications, Collaboration, IT, Networking, Telecom, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully managing large enterprise customers through complex sales cycles.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders, including IT Directors, Procurement Leaders, and C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to work with channel partners and distributors to drive joint success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and forecasting discipline.
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely while staying closely aligned with a distributed EMEA team.
- London-based or within easy reach for periodic face-to-face customer engagement and team meetings.
