Enterprise Account Manager (POS Technology)
Location: National / Work from home strategic field sales
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Basic / up to £130,000 OTE uncapped + car, laptop, mobile, health, pension (there may be some flexibility on this package depending on experience)

The Role
A unique and exciting opportunity of Enterprise Account Manager for a leading provider of POS and digital retail technology solutions. You will consultatively sell an expansive portfolio of both retail hardware and software solutions to Enterprise and Tier Retail International retailers (food and non-food) on large multi-million pound projects across existing international retail and hospitality chain role outs. As a valued partner, you will sell them solutions that increase their consumer engagement, sales revenue, efficiency, competitive advantage and profitability. This is primarily growing, cross selling and expanding their largest key accounts.
Experience Required
You will be an experienced high calibre successful sales professional that is selling some form of POS or in-store retail technology into leading food and non-food retailers e.g. supermarkets, restaurants, quick service restaurants (QSR), fashion, hospitality / hotels. As the Enterprise Account Manager you will be focused on increasing project sales with established existing Enterprise Retail Tier 1 Retailers and Hospitality providers key accounts so you must have experience of working closely with multiple stakeholders within these businesses internationally from the inception through to delivery of multi million pound in-store retail technology projects rolled out across the clients estate both UK and internationally e.g. self-service checkouts, retail printers, RFID, digital signage, information display, mobile scanners, barcode readers, payment terminals, handheld mobile computers and EPOS.

The Company
They are an established provider of the latest in cutting edge POS technology solutions to the world’s leading retailers and hospitality providers. With a truly global reach, they offer the latest in both front end and back-end retail / hospitality software and hardware. Their Enterprise Account Manager's come from a variety of POS, in-store retail technology sales backgrounds but all known as being a valued technology partners to their global retail / hospitality key accounts, offering them advanced project consultation from blank sheet concepts, to trials and then seamless delivery across retail chain roll outs on multimillion-pound projects.
The Package
Initial indications from the client are a base salary of between £70,000 to £80,000 depending on your experience and proven performance in selling point of sale technology into leading retailers and hospitality providers. An uncapped OTE of up to £130,000 is achievable although there are existing Enterprise Account Manager's earning in excess of this amount. This extensive package also comes with a company car / allowance, laptop, mobile phone, private health care and pension. There may be some flexibility on this package depending on your experience.
