Enterprise Account Manager
The Role
We are rapidly expanding, seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will occupy a critical role within the revenue team, focused on nurturing and growing enterprise client relationships through incremental sales growth. Reporting to the Senior Enterprise Account Manager, the position involves:
- Managing executive-level relationships with enterprise and strategic accounts
- Establishing Unbiased as a trusted partner to our clients
- Driving structured account growth, with revenue targets set quarterly and monthly
- Demonstrating high levels of opportunity and pipeline management
Key Responsibilities in a Nutshell
- Manage a £3m+ book of business
- Deliver structured account planning to expand existing enterprise client accounts
- Oversee renewals with minimal churn, ensuring strong customer satisfaction
- Work at pace with high organisational efficiency
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Support (CS), and Marketing to uncover revenue opportunities and add value
Requirements
- A proven track record in drive revenue growth for enterprise and strategic accounts (preferably £250k+ annual spend)
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience negotiating complex multi-stage contracts
- Ability to deliver 120%+ Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth in previous roles
- Confident in managing C-level and executive stakeholders, with the ability to challenge thinking and guide commercial strategy
- Exceptional organisation skills, with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritisation
- A customer-first mindset, ready to go beyond expectations by leveraging resources for the best experience
- Quick learner with a knack for absorbing and applying new information
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with independent prioritisation skills
