The Role
AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Account Manager EMESA North you won’t just be supporting a product; you’ll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
At Gravitee, impact isn’t abstract - it’s visible and global. In this role, you will:
- Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key existing customers across the EMESA North.
- Manage overall renewal process
- Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally.
- Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning Gravitee to long-term business goals.
- Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Gravitee’s platform and how it solves complex, real-world challenges.
- Identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption, satisfaction, or renewal.

Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
- Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies (not mandatory but a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations, while maintaining a business-value focus.
- Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret complex data and make fast, informed decisions.
- Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes.
