Enterprise Account Operations Coordinator
Account Coordinator – Enterprise Accounts

The Account Coordinator will be part of the Enterprise Accounts team and a key resource supporting internal leaders. This role will work closely with the leadership team and coordinate work efforts internally, as well as with clients, to ensure overall compliance and delivery excellence. Instrumental in ensuring critical activities remain on track according to timelines, scope, deliverables, and established processes.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and maintain calendars, contacts, internal systems, and the needs of account executive leadership.
- Schedule, coordinate, and arrange meetings, including allocating technology or physical space, between executive leadership, clients, and team members.
- Oversee the design, preparation, and organization of presentations for review.
- Administer governance processes and collaborate with team members to develop governance presentations.
- Coordinate compliance initiatives and delivery activities.
- Facilitate the creation, development, and distribution of presentations for governance, key initiatives, and critical projects.
- Ensure consistency across teams and messaging in line with leadership direction.
- Proofread documents and communications to support internal and external teams.
- Provide coordination and assist with projects for internal and external teams.
- Interface and communicate effectively with internal and external teams and management.
- Plan and schedule internal and external meetings.
- scribe meeting notes and publish them accordingly.
- Develop and administer client or project-related surveys.
- Execute project tasks and track activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Recommend and drive the analysis and solution of problems.
- Advise leaders on key business decisions and major issues based on project activities.
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop plans supporting business process improvement, organizational change, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or related field (experience may replace degree).
- 7–10 years of coordination or administrative experience.
- Strong written skills for drafting meeting minutes, communications, and executive summaries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Must uphold a high level of confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts preferred.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage competing deadlines.
- Experience managing action items, risks, and issues.
- Ability to communicate with and influence leadership based on recommendations.
- Proven experience in developing executive presentations while collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English).
- Strong MS Office/O365 proficiency, with advanced PowerPoint experience for executive-level presentations.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally (up to 25% may be required, including overnight trips).
