About Nebuly

Nebuly is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup building the first platform to measure the impact of enterprise AI agents.
Every enterprise function - sales, customer support, HR, finance - is deploying AI agents at scale. Every day, millions of conversations happen between employees and customers and these agents. Those conversations are the most valuable new data asset an enterprise produces - but they are unstructured, high-volume, and invisible without the right infrastructure.
Nebuly sits on top of any enterprise AI deployment and answers those questions. Think of it as the control plane for enterprise AI: connect once, measure everything, with no data ever leaving your environment.
Every new data category has created a new software category. CRM for customer interactions. Product analytics for user behavior. Nebuly is building that layer for AI agents.
Our customers include Oura, CNH Industrial, Vodafone, and Moncler. Demand is accelerating fast and we are building the team to match.

🎯 Your Role

As our Enterprise Account Executive for the UK, you will carry your own quota and be the primary driver of new business in the UK market. You will also act as player-coach for our wider European expansion, covering Italy, Germany, and other markets as they open, mentoring and eventually managing AEs hired into those markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is primarily an individual contributor role: your personal pipeline and closing in the UK come first, coaching responsibilities across Europe grow alongside the team.

You will lead complex, consultative sales cycles - from sourcing deals to managing pilots, navigating multi-stakeholder conversations, and closing mid 6-digit contracts.

👉 This is not a transactional or inbound-driven role. You’re expected to generate pipeline autonomously through your network, industry knowledge, and presence on the ground.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Own a personal revenue quota in the UK market, the majority of your scoreboard.
  • Source and close new enterprise business ($100 to 250k ACV) autonomously in the UK.
  • Act as player-coach for Europe, supporting and eventually managing AEs in Italy, Germany, and other markets as they launch.
  • Run full-cycle consultative sales: sourcing → pilot → business case → negotiation → close.
  • Represent Nebuly in the UK and European ecosystem through events, relationships, and outreach.
  • Help to hire, onboard, and coach additional AEs as European operations scale.

🧩 Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of closing multiple 7-figure enterprise contracts
  • Comfortable being evaluated primarily on personal UK quota, with coaching responsibility across Europe as the team grows
  • Experience managing or mentoring AEs in a high-growth environment
  • Active network of prospects and decision-makers in the UK and European enterprise space
  • Comfortable in technical sales conversations (with CTOs, ML teams, data leads)
  • You know how to win deals without inbound or SDRs - you drive your own pipeline
  • Experience working alongside system integrators and advisory firms - you know how to bring them into a deal, co-sell with them, and build the relationship that eventually generates referrals.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, a lean process, and building as you go
