Reporting to the Strategy & Innovation Director, Technology

About the Role

easyJet’s AI maturity has moved well beyond the pilot stage. Across the business, AI Solution Leads are embedded in functions—building automations, redesigning workflows, and finding genuinely new ways to create value. We’re now looking for an Enterprise AI Solution Lead to bring this network together, drive best practice, and ensure we’re always moving forward.

As the Enterprise AI Solution Lead you’ll connect the big picture of enterprise AI transformation with the detail of what’s happening on the ground in each function. You’ll lead a community of practice, support capability development, and drive adoption and behavioural change across a large, operationally complex organisation.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience leading a community of practice, chapter, guild, or distributed capability group in a complex organisation
  • Strong practical understanding of AI and automation, including hands-on familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent
  • Experience designing and delivering capability development programmes (training, certification, coaching)
  • Track record of driving adoption and behavioural change in technology or digital transformation contexts
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels, without formal authority
  • Strong pattern recognition and analytical rigour in defining, tracking, and communicating value
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
