AI & Data Strategy Lead
Shape the future of AI-led business transformation. We are looking for bold, commercially-minded strategists to join our AI and Data practice. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and business reinvention, helping some of the world’s leading organisations unlock real, measurable value from AI and data.
You will not just advise, you will lead, build, and deliver. From defining enterprise AI strategy to embedding Responsible AI and driving large-scale transformation, this is a role for people who think in outcomes, not just outputs.
What You Will Do
- Shape ambitious visions for data- and AI-led business reinvention across industries and functions
- Define AI and data strategies that:
- Build competitive advantage
- Optimise data assets
- Position organisations to lead in an AI-first world
- Assess AI maturity and design:
- Technology blueprints
- Data strategies
- Operating models needed for progression
- Build compelling:
- Investment cases
- Roadmaps
- Responsible AI frameworks
- Identify the people, processes, and technologies required to operationalise AI solutions at scale
- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialisation opportunities
- Engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

Experience & Skills
Required experience or knowledge:
- AI and data strategy (work or coursework)
- Engineering problem-solving mindset
- Ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
Essential skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Proven transformational leadership and delivery experience
