Enterprise AI Value Strategy (Analyst to Senior Manager)
Shape the future of business with AI.
Join our Enterprise AI Value Strategy team and help leading organisations unlock the full potential of AI and data. Working across industries and functions, you'll advise clients on how to create measurable business value through AI-powered transformation, from defining strategy and operating models to building roadmaps, investment cases, and Responsible AI frameworks.
Whether you're developing your consulting career or already leading complex transformations, you'll play a key role in helping organisations become AI-first enterprises.
What You'll Do
- Define and shape AI and data strategies that drive business growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Assess AI and data maturity and identify the capabilities, technologies, operating models, and governance required for transformation.
- Develop business cases, investment strategies, and implementation roadmaps for AI-led initiatives.
- Design AI-enabled operating models, platform strategies, and future-ready data foundations.
- Embed Responsible AI principles into enterprise strategy and transformation programmes.
- Identify opportunities to commercialise AI products and services and accelerate value creation.
- Translate complex data and technology concepts into actionable business insights.
- Partner with stakeholders across all levels, from business teams to senior executives, to drive successful outcomes.
- Lead or contribute to workstreams, large-scale transformation programmes, business development activities, and go-to-market initiatives depending on your level of experience.

We're Looking For
- Experience supporting, designing, delivering, or advising on AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to apply technology to complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong programme and project management capabilities.
- Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset, with an interest in shaping new opportunities and driving innovation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in consulting, industry, technology, or transformation environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- MBA, Master's degree, or other relevant advanced qualification.
