About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, analytical, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in accounting, manufacturing, operations, customer service, supply chain, or business support, who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with technology.
You do not need to be a "Digital Transformation Consultant" already — we will provide full training and mentoring. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, curiosity, and ability to learn. Experience with accounting software, business systems, manufacturing planning software, or ERP platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
About the Company
We are a growing business technology consultancy helping companies modernise how they work through smarter systems, automation, reporting, AI tools, and process improvement. We work with businesses across multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, finance, and professional services. Our environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on continuous learning. We believe technology should make businesses simpler, faster, and more efficient—not more complicated.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
