We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as an Enterprise Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary technical driver, bridging the gap between sales opportunities and sustained customer success. You’ll work directly with technical, marketing, and C-Suite teams of our most strategic clients, evaluating their current technological landscape and business goals to craft future-state marketing technical architectures, manage digital engagement roadmaps, and bring “Art of the Possible” digital experiences to life. Your expertise will directly influence the digital strategy and success of major organizations, making a tangible difference in their market presence and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary technical driver for closing sales opportunities and supporting existing customer success through value realization.
- Engage deeply with customer Technical, Marketing, and C-Suite teams to evaluate current-state technology and business objectives.
- Design and deliver future-state marketing technical architectures that align with strategic goals.
- Manage and evolve digital engagement roadmaps, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.
- Conceptualize and present “Art of the Possible” digital experiences, inspiring clients with innovative solutions.
- Build enterprise-level, return on investment-focused business cases for technology transformations.
- Lead a revenue-focused Book of Business, including managing sales pipelines via CRM/pipeline management tools, reviewing scope and contracts, and measuring value realization.
- Quickly diagnose complex challenges and identify opportunities, translating them into actionable future state architectures.
- Communicate intricate technical and strategic concepts effectively, crafting compelling narratives for technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Past experience in a consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect/Principal Consultant or employee Marketing/Technical leader.
- Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including advertising technology (data platforms for advertising and audience management, demand-side platforms), marketing automation, omni-channel personalization, content management/generation, customer relationship management, media execution, and reporting/insights.
- Significant hands-on experience using enterprise platforms with an emphasis on REST APIs, cloud storage, structured/unstructured data, security, and data ingress/egress.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas that “tells a story” to support a point of view and/or recommendation to technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences.
- Ability to quickly diagnose challenges and opportunities and produce a future state architecture.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with particular expertise in presentation and diagramming tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or MBA, or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- One or more current certified expert certifications in enterprise marketing platforms.
- Recent experience building enterprise-level return on investment-focused Business Cases for technology transformations.
- Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter, or React-Native mobile applications.
- Experience leading a revenue-focused Book of Business, including sales pipeline via CRM/pipeline management tools, scope/contract review, and Value Realization measurement.
- Familiarity and usage of generative AI solutions.
- Certified Professionals preferred (e.g., in enterprise architecture frameworks).
