Job Summary
The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining and designing IT solutions that will improve the delivery of customer support and marketing operations. This role requires knowledge of solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft ecosystem, Google Cloud Platform, customer support processes, and marketing operations. The Enterprise Architect will work closely with customers and various departments of Capgemini to ensure that the solutions meet business needs and are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Design IT solutions that improve efficiency or the KPIs of customer support and marketing operations. Ensure that the solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaboration with customers: Work closely with customers and teams to understand their needs and constraints and translate them into clear requirements. Work closely with customers and our program manager to communicate efficiently our plans and project status and get their feedback.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal business teams and internal IT development teams to ensure the solutions are well designed and deliver the planned efficiency gain and business value improvement.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams. Mentor and support team members in developing their skills and knowledge.
- Agentic First Approach: Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices of Agentic and Gen AI. Be proactive and didactic.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a good knowledge of customer support/marketing operations. And hyper automation.
- Salesforce Experience: Knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning. Experience with Salesforce integration and customization, Agentforce, and Data Cloud would be appreciated; otherwise, needed training will be delivered.
- Adobe: Knowledge of Adobe suite for marketing operations (such as Adobe Workfront) would be useful but not needed. Training will be delivered if necessary.
- Google Cloud Platform: Expertise of GCP and ecosystem (Vertex, Gemini) is expected.
- Operations knowledge: Knowledge of customer support (mail, chat, voice, social) is mandatory. Knowledge of marketing operations is recommended.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English: Written and spoken

Work Environment
- This role may require occasional travel to various company locations and client sites.
- The IT Architect will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
Your Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
- There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
- There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
